150 pounds or less18-25
150-174 pounds20-27
175-199 pounds22-29
200-224 pounds24-31
225-250 pounds26-33
more than 250 pounds28-35

You must have at least the minimum number of POINTS for your current weight, but it's OK to have any number of POINTS within your Daily POINTS Range. Let your appetite guide you from day to day.
